Responsibilities:
∙ Facilitate heavy scheduling and calendar management
∙ Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact to visitors, clients and guests
∙ Conduct project-specific research as needed
∙ Supporting the administrative needs of executive team and company
∙ Making travel arrangements and creating coordinating itineraries including flights, car service and hotel booking
∙ Maintaining files and records related to various projects
∙ Ordering supplies, gifts, etc.
∙ Special projects or requests as assigned

Requirements:
∙ 5-7+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive and executive team
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to edit and proofread with accuracy
∙ Startup experience strongly preferred
∙ Poise, professionalism, and discretion in regards to confidential information
∙ Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
